If your company depends on communication like Mills Communications does, you’ll be excited to hear about Xarios. We recently had this installed on our desktops and it’s safe to say, we all love it!
Xarios offers a range of software solutions for Mitel 5000 and 3300 series as well Inter-Tel communications platforms. Xarios has provided a new benchmark in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). This is a tool that can provide a pathway to better customer service and communication for any company relying on communications. Let’s be honest, all companies do!
One of my personal favorite features is the ability to conference chat. This is a unique feature I’ve already found to be quite helpful. Xarios also allows me to see who is on the phone. Yes, my keymap is programmed to show the status of a handful of co-workers, but what about everyone else? With Xarios I can view the status of all employees and make my choice based on their availability: call or chat? Either way I can get a hold of every Mills employee!
Xarios is both efficient and simple yet allows us to reach a more sophisticated level of communication. I can dial a number, get my voicemails, forward my calls, maintain my directory and call history, and set DND all from my desktop. Not bad, huh?
